Our complete program has everything you need to get and stay in the best shape possible. Included with our program is an initial phone consultation to see what info YOU need help with. We also do a monthly group call where I answer everyone’s submitted questions and post it up for replay or download in the members area which you also get access to for you to listen to at your convenience if you can make the call.
On top of this you will get the monthly Commando Newsletter full of cool stuff to keep your fitness fresh and you also get access to the Members only area which contains a treasure vault of information on everything from diet, to injuries, motivation and of course training.

CommandoCardio rocked. Fast paced, varied, and manageable group size. Ray is a fabulous fitness instructor with a superb balance of knowledge, humor, and intensity. His class is a sweet example of how effective well run exercise groups can be. I am in the best shape from his class and can't wait for next month! The best.
I came across your site while searching for bootcamps in Calgary. I have tried a bootcamp once before about two years ago that was offered at gym and it was horrible. It was a class for all fitness levels but the instructor treated everyone as if they were advanced. He made you feel useless and belittled you if you couldn’t do the exercizes the way he wanted. He also kept pushing you to do more even if you could not continue. I swear I almost died. I did not feel good about going because I knew I was pushing myself too hard and I inevitably felt like crap for days after each class.
Needless to say, I have not exercized since and miss my in shape body that I had in my 20s!
I am intrigued and interested in your approach and your attitude towards fitness and results. I would love to request a free week trial.
