What to expect if you signed up for Commando Outdoors

You just come ready to workout… I’ll take care of the rest.

The first day, show up about 10 minutes early. We leave the meeting location ON TIME. If you show up late, we probably will already be running somewhere.

SWEAT- Unfortunately, no matter what the television says, there is no magic pill for fitness. You have to sweat to get true, lasting results.

What to bring with you.You will need:

Shorts and sweat pants – bring enough clothes so that if the weather changes you are prepared to keep going.

Sports Sunblock – this is good to apply before you leave the house so that it can absorb before training.

Gloves – remember that we could be going to be outside and we will put our hands (among other things) on the ground. If you are not comfortable with touching the ground then you will need gloves.

Dress Down – DO NOT WEAR YOUR BEST. Whatever you wear to our classes will get dirty. You will actually probably get wet and dirty depending on the day. So please make sure you wear appropriate dress and shoes.

Water Bottle – Keep the water handy. The more you drink the more fat we can burn.
